On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, dedicated this year to “itineraries, networks and connections“, this original event takes the form of a route between two highly symbolic sites of Champagne’s heritage and Art de vivre: the Saint-Nicaise hill, combining two Unesco World Heritage listings, and the Boulingrin district, emblematic of Reims’ culinary culture.

In the spirit of an athletics or swimming race (Olympic year obliges), chefs, craftsmen, producers, winegrowers and restaurateurs take turns along the route to offer the public fun, festive and educational gustatory events to celebrate the richness and vitality of Reims’ gastronomic heritage.
