Villa Douce, Reims
At the heart of the Relais du Goût itinerary, a dynamic group of students from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) and the École Supérieure d’Art et de Design de Reims (ÉSAD) with its Design & culinary section (students and teachers) present a breath of art for all audiences in the magnificent Villa Douce.
This emblematic monument of Reims’ reconstruction period, with its “Paquebot” interior style listed in 1993, is already a reason to visit.

Easter without chocolate!
Easter without chocolate! Today, Easter is a “date” synonymous with chocolate debauchery, the meaning of which is largely absent. ESAD’s Master of Culinary Design students have been working on a project to question the notion of a traditional meal through the “Easter feast”, by inventing a new edible ritual without chocolate.
The students took the time to study all festivals, religious, pagan and other popular traditions, to determine the message they wanted to convey.
This new ritual, presented today at the Relais du Goût, will feature a scenic tasting of an edible object.
